In my own journey as a manager, consultant & coach and as a supervisory board member, I have repeatedly dared to take courageous steps and faced many challenging situations: as an HR expert in the first wave of digital transformation, through my experiences as a founder and in ever new consulting situations with clients. These challenges have required a lot of reflection and clarity from me, but also mindfulness and a change of perspective.

Today, as an impulse giver and sparring partner, I am the counterpart you need in challenging situations for your professional and personal development, to reflect on your topics in a creative dialogue at eye level.
